How Telehealth works: After you make an appointment you will receive an email that will guide you through the appointment process. You will upload a picture of your ID and Insurance card. You will meet with the Nurse Practitioner using your phone, laptop, tablet or desktop computer. The Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and call in prescriptions as appropriate for your situation.
